Happy New Year CrossFitting Friends

Today we were watching the replay of the CrossFit Games on ESPN 2.  So motivating.  And my husband really said, out loud, "Wow, those CrossFitters are crazy."  Um, hello?  What do you think I have been doing every morning between 8am and 10 am for the last two years?  THOSE CrossFitters.
